About Us

The Fairways of Macomb is a family-friendly subdivision located in the heart of Macomb Township close to the Corner of 23 Mile Road and Card Road.  (Our entrance is located roughly one-half mile west of Card Road on the north side of 23 Mile Road.) Over 200 wonderful families reside here.

 

The Fairways of Macomb is in the accredited and prestigious Chippewa Valley School District. We are within minutes of several schools, however, the bus still stops here!  We are also close to several shopping districts, entertainment venues and expressways.  And, since we are just a couple of miles away from the Macomb Township Recreation Center, Library, multiple Parks and the Suburban Ice Arena, there is always something fun to do!
 

Our neighborhood community offers the feel of a small urban town with planned gatherings such as our annual Halloween Costume Parade, Block Party and an annual Subdivision Garage Sale. Yet, it has all of the perks of big city amenities just minutes away.
