Hopefully this page will help you get acquainted with the different
types of committees the board has formed and what the

- ENFORCEMENT COMMITTEE
- Follows up on resident complaints.
- Follows the procedure as outlined in the enforcement policy(coming soon) for violations.
- Issue warnings or violation notices to residents that are in violation of the deed restrictions.
- Follows up on warnings and violation notices to be sure all issues are resolved.
- Reports Monthly to the Board Members.
- BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE
- Oversees the Maintenance at the entrance.
- Makes decisions on an as needed basis for the maintenance of the entrance.
- Monitors Landscape Company to be sure that all terms of the Landscape contract are being met.
- Makes recommendations for improving the aesthetics of the entrance.
- Oversees the Annual Landscape Contest.
- Oversees the Annual Holiday Decorating Contest.
- Reports Monthly to the Board Members.
- SOCIAL/FUN COMMITTEE
- Makes recommendations to the Board for fun Activities for the subdivision, i.e. Block Party, Ice Cream Social, etc.
- Proposes plans and a budget for fun activities.
- Executes the plan for fun activities so the residents can get together and have a fun time!
