The Fairways of Macomb Homeowners Association would like to remind all residents that above-ground pools, storage sheds and fences (except for black wrought iron/aluminum) are not allowed in our subdivision.  This applies to all homes in the Fairways and includes homes built in Phase 1 and Phase 2.  Please see page #8 item #13 in the “Declaration of Covenants and Deed Restrictions” which can be found in the Documents section of this website for the exact wording of this restriction.

Also, please do note that Portofino Villas which is our northeast neighboring subdivision has a completely separate Homeowners Association and does allow above ground pools and sheds.
